PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE
Mr. Rothman has spent his entire professional career at RSR REALTORS®. He was one of the founders of RSR Appraisers & Analysts in 1991, which is the largest commercial appraisal company in Central Pennsylvania. He holds the prestigious CCIM designation and is an Associate Member of the Appraisal Institute.

ACHIEVEMENTS
Mr. Rothman was named “Outstanding Sales Associate of the Year” in 2001, by the Greater Harrisburg Association of REALTORS®. He was voted by the Harrisburg Magazine readers, “Simply the Best Real Estate Agent” in 2003. The Central Pennsylvania Business Journal named him one of the forty most dynamic business leaders under 40 years old and one of the top five salespeople in any field (1999). He served as President of the Greater Harrisburg Association of REALTORS® in 2004. In March of 2006, he was appointed by President George W. Bush to the National Veteran's Business Development Corporation, where he serves with the Secretary of Defense, Secretary of Veteran's Affairs, and Administrator of the Small Business Administration.
He serves as Vice-Chairman of the Cumberland County Economic Development Corporation and Secretary of the Cumberland County Industrial Development Authority.
EDUCATION
Mr. Rothman received his Bachelor of Science from the University of Massachusetts/Amherst. He holds a Masters of Science in Real Estate degree program at Johns Hopkins University in Baltimore, Maryland. He received two academic awards and graduated with a cumulative GPA of 3.96.
LICENSES
Mr. Rothman holds a Commonwealth of Pennsylvania Real Estate Broker’s license, is a State Certified General Appraiser (GA-001455-L) and is a licensed Real Estate Instructor.
